Banking is meant to be easy at Heritage Casino. In fact, the casino guarantees successful deposits. If you make seven deposit attempts and none of them go through, the casino makes your eighth deposit for you by taking the average amount of those seven deposits.

Deposit Methods

You have several ways to deposit money with the casino. Deposit methods, min/max amounts, and fees are as follows.

Bank Wire - $5,000 minimum, takes up to three business days, the casino reimburses the fees.
Bitcoin – $25 minimum, takes up to an hour to clear, and there's no fee.
Cashier's Check – $1,000 minimum, takes up to seven business days, fees are reimbursed by the casino.
Credit Cards – $17 to $500, is immediate, and may have fees for foreign currency transactions.
Person to Person Money Transfer – $100 minimum/$600 maximum, takes an hour or more to process, and fees depend on the agency you use. You cannot use this deposit method on Sunday.
Prepaid Credit Cards – $100 minimum/$600 maximum, is immediate, and may have fees for foreign currency transactions.

The casino recommends that you call first to make sure there are no other deposit methods available or that rules regarding minimum/maximum deposits haven't changed. Check deposits can take up to six weeks to clear. Until that happens, you will not be allowed to withdraw funds.

Withdrawal Methods

If you've met the rollover requirements and have met the 7-Day Fee Rule, you can withdraw funds when you'd like. The 7-Day Fee Rule requires seven days to have passed between your deposit and your cash out request. If you don't want that long, any fees the casino reimbursed will be deducted from your casino payout. Here are the withdrawal methods.

Bank Wire – $10,000 or more must be withdrawn, takes up to 7 business days to arrive, $75 fee.
Bitcoin – $100 to $3,000, delivered the same day it's sent, no fee.
Casino Check – $500 to $3,000, takes up to 15 business days to arrive, $50 fee.
Person to Person – $100 to $300, takes up to 5 business days to arrive, fees depend on the casino payout request.
Sportsbook Transfer – $500 to $10,000, delivered the same day, no fee.

For withdrawals from the casino, you must request casino payouts between 6 a.m. and noon PST on Monday or 7 a.m. to noon PST Tuesday to Friday.

Transfers from your sportsbook balance are different. You can use Bank Wire or Check. Bank Wire requires $3,000 to $10,000 and takes up to 7 business days. Check transfers take up to 15 business days and require transfers of $500 to $3,000. There is a monthly limit of $10,000 or 20% of your account balance, whichever is larger. These transfers don't cost anything if you make the request once a month by check.
